"A Phoenix-based fast-casual chain is opening its first North Texas location in Las Colinas on April 10, occupying a 3,400-square-foot space that seats about 70 indoors—decorated with distressed wood and vintage photography—and an additional 20 on a 500-square-foot patio strung with Edison bulbs. The concept, which grew to six Arizona locations after launching in 2013 and moved its corporate offices to Plano in 2016, emphasizes healthier ingredients and highly customizable meals that can accommodate gluten-, dairy-, lactose- and soy-free diets as well as vegetarian and vegan preferences. Bowls of grains, greens, and proteins are central (notably a teriyaki chicken bowl served with superfoods like forbidden rice, brown rice, or sweet potato hash), alongside sandwiches, salads, fresh-squeezed juices, protein shakes and breakfast offerings such as egg wraps, avocado toast and acai-topped superfruit bowls. The company plans additional North Texas outposts in University Park and two more in Plano (Shops at Legacy and Park & Preston), and the Las Colinas shop will be open Monday–Saturday 7:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. and Sundays until 8:00 p.m." - Alaena Hostetter
