First Watch’s menu targets breakfast-lovers — with avocado toast, smoked salmon eggs Benedict, breakfast tacos, granola, and lemon ricotta pancakes among the highlights. The Green Hills location is the first Tennessee location with a bar, serving mimosas, bloody marys, and other seasonal cocktails.
