"The newest fine dining restaurant at Resorts World Las Vegas, Crossroads Kitchen, offers a fully vegan menu with no labels indicating vegan or vegetarian dishes. The restaurant features a rock ‘n’ roll ambiance, replacing the typical vegan restaurant decor. Chef Tal Ronnen's expansion includes a Mediterranean menu with unique dishes exclusive to Las Vegas.
