UnCommons in the southwest plans to open a food hall with 20 vendors | Eater Vegas

"Set just south of Ikea at the UnCommons development, the two-story, 18,000-square-foot food hall will open as Platform One and bring 20 different vendors and dining options from about a dozen local chefs and food-industry veterans. A new hospitality group — Batch Hospitality (Evan Glusman of Piero’s, Wayne F. Jefferies of Stoney’s Rockin Country, and Piero’s chef Chris Conlon) — is behind the hall; the trio worked with UnCommons to deliver 4,000 meals to health-care workers during the coronavirus pandemic. Menu highlights slated for the space include an Italian raw bar from Geno Bernardo featuring kanpachi crudo with pork crackling and banyuls vinegar and wild mackerel with mustard greens, Aleppo pepper, and tangerine, while other chefs such as Roy Ellamar and Jessica Perlstein will bring their dishes to the food hall." - Susan Stapleton
