"An immersive, multisensory food palace is arriving in central London next month, bringing a rotating lineup of celebrated chefs to a single pop-up. The event centers on a communal kitchen counter known as the “Counter of Joy,” features a dessert-and-cocktail experience called “Wonky Dreams” (created with a specialist ice-cream lab and cocktail designer Rich Woods), and stages a multisensory “Joyride” directed by a food artist with dishes by Andrew Clarke; live music will play on a dedicated “Magic Garden” stage. Curated by Dominic Cools-Lartigue alongside Andrew Clarke and long-time collaborator Daniel Watkins, the pop-up draws contributions from high-profile chefs including Andrew Wong, Joké Bakare (of a much-loved Brixton restaurant) and Selin Kiazim (of Oklava), and runs Thursdays–Saturdays, 6pm–midnight, from 11 November through 18 December." - James Hansen
