"An independently owned shop that opened at 3646 FM 1960 West earlier this year, Ramen Fun is accused of multiple infringements, including copying the style of employee uniforms and the bowls used at the restaurant, and of reproducing menu components "copied directly from the Jinya Restaurants' menu"; court documents state Ramen Fun even transcribed the name "Jinya sauce" when printing the allegedly pirated recipe, with a photo exhibit attached to the suit." - Amy McCarthy
