"Kingston’s cozy, beautifully designed darling is a special spot, even more so since Pruitt Kerdchoochuen stepped in as chef de cuisine. Every dish we had was a banger, but the Thai-glish influence shone brightest in a Montauk-caught black bass grilled over coals and served with a jaew-like sauce, toasted rice powder, and plenty of herbs; the lime and tamarind, plus wood smoke, made this beautiful fish the taste of summer." - Melissa McCart
