"Tucked inside the bottom floor of Pensacola’s newly opened Lily Hall boutique hotel, Brother Fox is a modern Spanish spot from Nashville restaurateur Terry Raley specializing in flame-grilled fare and Iberian wines. Executive chef Darian Hernandez puts his own spin on the menu, offering a daily fresh catch presentation and a gorgeous grazing board stocked with Spanish cheeses, cured meats, and locally sourced fruits and honey. Grab a seat on the shaded patio to watch chefs arrange massive platters of skirt steak asada and coal-fired whole chicken, accompanied by house-made tortillas and charred vegetables, all pulled directly from the smoker. Take an after-dinner detour to Pensacola’s only speakeasy, located just on the other side of Lily Hall (look for the red phone booth). You’ll find all the classics inside this low-lit, red velvet banquette-line lounge, as well as inventive sips like the Banh Mi Tini, a cilantro, cucumber, and lime-kissed dirty martini with a dash of white balsamic." - Sarah Bisacca
