"Chef Nick Leahy returns to the Brookwood Hills neighborhood with a new restaurant when the Usual opens Tuesday, February 15, at the Arya complex across from El Azteca on Peachtree Street. Partnering again with Dash Hospitality owner David Abes, Leahy and chef Jason Hall bring the Brookwood Hills neighborhood a casual, family-friendly restaurant serving everything from burgers and loaded French fries topped with Mornay sauce, popcorn shrimp, and pickled chilis to hanger steak, seafood and dumplings, and smoked short rib served with pimento cheese grit cakes. Look for takes on the Hemingway daiquiri, Cosmopolitan, Aviation, and French 75, along with original cocktails from beverage director Matt Gibbons on the bar menu for the Usual." - Beth McKibben
