"Inside downtown Boston’s Harborside Inn I found a glittery new Italian restaurant and lounge from Gianmarco Rinaldi that pairs Italian classics with an opulent, gilded dining room meant to evoke The Great Gatsby. The menu features bocconcini (small fried balls of mozzarella), airy Roman-style pinsas, and nearly a dozen pastas, including a cacio e pepe tossed tableside in a parm wheel; breakfast and lunch will also be offered starting this week. The glitzy interiors include a 60-seat main dining room, a 16-seat bar, and an outdoor patio that seats up to 24 in front of the hotel, and the restaurant is open for dinner from 5 to 11 p.m., breakfast and lunch from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. starting April 25, with a late-night lounge until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. Rinaldi, a Naples native who spent years managing in the North End and working with the Coje group, brings that experience to this downtown spot." - Erika Adams
