"A longtime customer, Richard Decker, purchased the beloved luncheon spot in Roswell and plans to reopen it on Monday, August 24 while keeping the staff, menu, and hours intact; former owner Annelies McMorran — who worked there as a server before buying and renaming it Anna Lee’s in 1983 and is a native of the Netherlands — will help with baking and ensure a smooth transition.
