"One Off Hospitality’s shrine to beer, pork, and oysters has a new-but-familiar face at the helm. Rob Levitt, previously chef and butcher at Publican Quality Meats, now runs the show at the celebrated Fulton Market restaurant. Yes, the pork rinds, roast chicken with summer sausage and fries, and maple-braised bacon are still on the menus, but there are also fresh dishes like black-shallot-glazed short rib and rainbow trout with charred Tropea onions.
