"Local experts in the art of hand pulled and knife-shaved noodles are joining a growing wave of pan-Asian dining options making their way to the southeast. Building on speculation from last fall, Shang Artisan Noodle has now confirmed it will bring a noodle workshop concept called Shang Mian to the Silverado Ranch Place retail center, moving into a 1,350-square-foot corner property.
