"Slated to open in 2026 and developed in partnership with Caesars Entertainment, this project will take over a current Strip boutique hotel and marks the owner’s first-ever hotel project. She will lead the overhaul with her design company Vanderpump Alain and business partner Nick Alain, redoing the reception area, front desk, and all 188 guest rooms with bespoke lighting and furniture, and also designing a new lounge. A Caesars Entertainment statement says there will be an emphasis on “sexy elegance and comfort.” If Vanderpump’s past projects are any indication of the look of the new space, expect plenty of ornate glass chandeliers and an aesthetic that falls somewhere between Victorian and rustic. This is the fourth Las Vegas collaboration with Caesars following the development of restaurants and bars including Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace, Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas, and Pinky’s by Vanderpump at Flamingo Las Vegas. “We’ve had a phenomenal partnership with Lisa, developing three very successful restaurants in Las Vegas,” says Sean McBurney, the regional president of Caesars Entertainment. “Now we get to take Lisa’s vision and expertise to the next level — infusing her talent and creativity into an entire hotel at the most incredible location on the Las Vegas Strip.”" - Rebecca Roland
