"A raucous, warmth-driven spot run by co-owner Puneet Wadhwani and operations director Preeti Gupta Wadwanhi where artisan street cooking is treated with thought, skill and care. The space buzzes with conversation amid tin-can cutlery holders and corrugated iron, and the food ranges from Mughlai nawabi seekh kebabs with a hum and bristle of cumin and chilli to shahi laal maas with a deep crimson mathania-chilli sauce and inflated, ghee-rich naan.
