"Now through December 28, Houstonians can experience Aero Cocktail in River Oaks as a multi-sensory holiday wonderland. Themed rooms take bargoers on a journey through Classic Christmas, the main bar area embellished in red, green, gold, and white Christmas decorations; the sugary Candyland Lounge, and the Apres Ski Lodge, which requires attendees to travel up a “mountain” through a blizzard to experience a snowy speakeasy filled with woodland creatures. All the while exploring, enjoy festive drinks, like Mistletoe Martinis, Prancer’s Milk Punch, the non-alcoholic Mrs. Claus’s Cocoa, and Winter Wassail, a hot combination of whiskey, apple brandy, cranberry, orange, apple cider, and spices, plus holiday bites like Reindeer Chow, a festive trail mix; cookies; charcuterie boards; flatbreads; and tamales from Irma’s Southwest. The Jingle Bell Bar will also feature a host of burlesque and musical performances, special ticketed events, and workshops, including cookie decorating, ornament crafts, and candle making. The pop-up is free and open to the public from 4 p.m. to midnight Tuesday through Saturday and 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sundays.
