"Puerto Rican pop-up PapiVivi now has a storefront in Lynn (816 Boston St.), serving a small menu of sandwiches, salads, empanadas, and a few other items. The sandwich selection is headlined by the tripleta, a trio of ground beef, shredded pork, and chicken breast pressed with chopped cheese, lettuce, tomato, crunchy potato sticks, and a sauce that combines mayo, ketchup, garlic, and cilantro.
