"Wild Fish builds its menu around the seafood caught by local fishermen and produce harvested by nearby farms, so it’s constantly changing to fit the ingredients of the season. On a typical night, though, you might find fresh salads like one with ricotta, compressed apples, fennel and hazelnuts; whole roasted fish with chimichurri and crispy potatoes; and, of course, plenty of calamari, either served with blistered shishito peppers and Calabrian chili oil or given the Nashville hot treatment in a sandwich with slaw and pickles.
