"Former NFL player Tobias Dorzon debuted his fusion restaurant in fall 2022, choosing his hometown of Hyattsville to open up shop. Dorzon serves dishes reflective of his culinary training in Sicily, including spicy lobster mezi rigatoni and creamy crab and jalapeño fettuccine, in addition to seafood mains like whole fried snapper or grilled branzino finished with garlic chips.
