"The high-energy Bar Chinois concept expands across the Potomac to National Landing, bringing its Frenchified cocktails and Chinese dim sum–style plates along with popular orders such as black pepper duck, crab Rangoon, bao buns, and chicken karaage. Familiar daily deals — including $1 dumplings and half-priced cocktails during a 4–6 p.m. window — will roll out next month.
