"It’s no secret that Bernal has a bit of a sleepy reputation. The crowd at Holy Water begs to differ. The neighborhood’s favorite cocktail bar is alive and buzzing almost every night of the week. Locals show up to Holy Water to hang out and catch up and you should do the same, keeping in mind that bar seats see little turnover as conversations deepen and voices amplify.
