Known for its chili, burgers, and lemon basil saisons, the brewpub was opened by Jimmy Simpson, John Zirinsky, and Bennett Buchanan in 2015 with chef Max Snyder. Despite earning critical attention initially, they later adjusted the food menu to a more approachable style. In their final year, they focused on live music and a communal atmosphere.
