"George Rodrigues, the former chef at Boqueria, is opening his first solo project, El Mercat Bar De Tapas, in Rockville Town Square this winter. The restaurant will feature a menu filled with traditional Spanish dishes, emphasizing paella and tapas from various regions across Spain, such as Catalonia and Galicia. The venue will also incorporate Spanish cultural elements in its decor and offer a bar program with sangrias and Spanish wines.
