The Best Affordable Restaurants in Seattle

"The sad news is that, in response to the new minimum wage rules, this Korean homestyle lunch spot has recently switched their focus to teriayki. But the good news is that the teriyaki’s solid, and there are still a few Korean dishes lurking on the new menu. The silken tofu soup, served sizzling in a stone bowl, was Korean Bamboo’s signature dish, and the veggie version is still around, starting at $11, with meat options for an additional fee." - Meg van Huygen, Eater Staff
