"Cultura is a new restaurant in the Sloans development, with an opening planned for early fall. The venue will cover 4,000 square feet at 1565 North Raleigh Street. It faced potential repossession due to $27,000 in unpaid fees, which owner Lorenzo Nuñez Jr. described as a misunderstanding. Construction is expected to start soon and take three months. The menu will feature rotating cuisines from three Latin American countries and Spain. The restaurant will have a main-floor dining area, mezzanine, and outdoor patio, seating 275 to 300 patrons.
