"Now comes word that Fin, the Chinese restaurant at the Mirage, closes on Saturday, Feb. 10, six days before the start of Chinese New Year. Yabu Pushelberg designed the dinner-only restaurant that opened in 2005 in gold and jade, with glass designs and a water feature. Floating translucent spheres hanging from the ceiling set off the main dining room, while the two private dining rooms sit on either side of the space. The menu features contemporary Chinese cuisine including General Tso’s chicken or Kung Pao chicken and shrimp served family-style." - Susan Stapleton
