"Located just off Northshore Road on the way from Las Vegas to Valley of Fire State Park, Callville Bay is beloved by those who rent houseboats as well as those who hike the nearby trails in search of bighorn sheep. Both groups — along with anyone else who spends a day by the water or a night at the RV park — can enjoy breakfast or lunch at Callville Bay’s Topside Gift Shop and Grill. The menu is simple (think eggs and bacon for breakfast, burgers and hot dogs for lunch) and family friendly. On first glance, the restaurant, which is divided into a small dining area and a bar, is simple too, but floor to ceiling windows reveal expansive lake views.
