A New D.C. Location of Smashburger Will Bring Another Chain to Chinatown | Eater DC
"I'm seeing Smashburger return to D.C. with a new Chinatown location that will replace Fado; the fast-casual chain, founded in Denver in 2007, has hundreds of locations across the U.S. and Canada and briefly tried D.C. in 2013 before pulling out a year later to focus on its Northern Virginia expansion. The new outlet will take half of the 50-person space at 804 Seventh Street NW, leaving about 2,200 square feet still available, and adds to its local footprint that already includes Arlington, Sterling, and Rockville." - Tierney Plumb
