Texas Roadhouse shared by @eater says: ""Texas Roadhouse is confirmed to be headed to North Las Vegas, bringing a scratch kitchen, generous portions, and its famous complimentary peanuts and bread. Launched in 1993 and despite its name, based out of Louisville, Kentucky, the family-friendly, 7,333-square-foot restaurant will be built at the northeast corner of Craig Road and Bruce Street, not far from the recently debuted Habit Burger Grill and the Cannery Casino & Hotel. It plans to be open from 4 to 10 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m on the weekend, closing at 10 p.m. on Sunday. The restaurant will not be offering live music or gaming and the exterior design will match the more than 450 previous steakhouse locations and hoist both an American and Texas state flag. On the menu, a free bucket of shelled peanuts delivered to each table, plus a portion of its house-made bread, served with homemade cinnamon butter. Known for its steaks, “Country dinners” the “Dockside Favorites” seafood dishes, staff occasionally break into impromptu line-dances to entertain diners."" on Postcard
