Donut Bar Eastlake Grand Opening | Eater San Diego

"A new Donut Bar outpost at The Village Walk at Eastlake in Chula Vista is now open, and I noted the shop celebrated its grand opening today with a swag bag giveaway for the first 100 customers. This is the company’s fifth location and, like the other shops, it features chef Santiago Campa’s award-winning donuts in flavors ranging from classic cake batter to creme brulee and caramelized pineapple; fan favorites such as doughnut grilled cheese sandwiches and French toast doughnuts will also be available. Donut Bar Eastlake will offer cinnamon rolls — glazed or topped with bacon — as a special weekend item on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Campa shared that poll results showed many visitors from Eastlake at their downtown flagship, making this expansion logical, and he said he’s excited to bring Donut Bar to Chula Vista fans who make the drive downtown.
