"Music can make or break the atmosphere of any bar, but at Ballard’s new Shibuya Hi-Fi, it is the atmosphere. This retro vinyl cafe comes lined with wood panels, muted polychromatic décor, and an abundance of cozy spots to kick back with drinks and bask in great tunes. The calming aesthetics and early 1900s-inspired cocktails will please most bargoers, but just to make sure you’re really enjoying the vibe, check the music schedule first before going.
