"Lauded for its one-Michelin-star omakase in West Midtown, this restaurant began in 2021 as an intimate pop-up tucked inside Cooks & Soldiers before evolving the next year into a standalone space next door. It now offers a multi-course tasting menu centered on Edomae-style sushi and kappo-style small plates, making it one of the most exciting new restaurants in Atlanta.
