"Dan Richer founded Razza Pizza Artiginale right on Grove Street in 2012. The pies come out of the wood oven round and puffy, and delectably good — so good that the New York Times critic considered whether the Jersey pies are “the best pizza.” Topping ingredients run from the straightforward — fresh mozzarella and canned tomatoes — to the more unusual, like squash, fingerling potatoes, raclette, or hazelnuts.
