"There’s not a lot of pedestrian traffic on this section of Pershing, which is unfortunate because LVL Up Coffee is the type of place passersby would love. It’s a coffee shop with some of the most unique drinks in town (try the Girasol latte made with a sunflower butter, cardomom, cinnamon, and honey syrup) inside a beautifully designed space made for conversation or laptop workers (we got a kick out of the power outlets installed in the floor). The coffees are served with Parle-G cookies from India, a subtle touch as a co-owner is Indian American. Smoothies are on their way." - Ashok Selvam
