Rosedale’s New Food Revolution Hall | Eater Twin Cities

"Occupying 32,000 square feet across two floors where the long-dormant Border’s Bookstore once stood, this new food hall—put together by New York City-based Craveable Hospitality Group—eschews a typical mall food court for 13 higher-caliber stands. Shoppers can order at the stands, via an app, or at kiosks, and food from all vendors will be available at a single desk for streamlined pickup; the hall will be cashless to keep things moving. The floors are connected by escalator and elevator and include plentiful seating (couches, stools, counters) plus activity areas with billiards, shuffleboard, and table games, and it joins several other metro-area food halls expected to open in late 2018 and 2019." - Joy Summers
