Petit resto typique Le patron est au bar, le torchon sur l'épaule avec simplicité, on annonce la couleur du menu du jour sur une gourde basque (xahakoa). Pour la décoration, des abat-jour verts et rouges rappellent la terre Basque, mieux des affiches de la fête de Pampelune et Bayonne sur les murs. Ni viandes ni poissons ne sortent du congélateur, tout est fait selon les produits de la saison, en direct. Cuisine familiale, piperade, omelette aux piments, daube de taureau à la saison, pot-au-feu. Le matin, casse-croûte à partir de 6h du matin ! Un endroit inimitable, ambiance bistrot basque authentique, et pour certains, bien mieux qu'à la maison avec en plus un rapport qualité-prix incomparable
