"Fluffy, Roman-style slices are the name of the game at this thumbnail-sized, counter-service pizzeria that just arrived in the South End. The pies range from straightforward — the margherita is an excellent starting point — to fancified creations like the prosciutto di parma, with roasted figs, fig jam, slices of prosciutto, arugula, and a sweet gorgonzola layered on top of a crispy-edged, rectangular slice and blend of four cheeses. The restaurant comes from Columbus Hospitality Group, which is behind a slew of high-end destinations around the city, including Mediterranean spot Ostra in Back Bay and the Mooo... steakhouses.
