The eatery is spearheaded by chef Helene Henderson, offering vegetable-forward dishes like vegan and coconut tofu, quinoa rice, wood-fired zucchini crust pizza, and grilled veggie sandwiches, as well as options for carnivores like Swedish meatballs, chicken ricotta burgers, Proper Sausage topped pizzas, and grilled skirt steak.
