"Chef Sarah Wade is launching her annual eight days of latkes celebration at both of her restaurants this year. Once Hanukkah begins, head to the restaurant to find a daily menu of fun latke combinations, including a dill beet version topped with citrus yogurt, pistachios, and pomegranate seeds, and horseradish cheddar latkes with chive sour cream and fried leeks.
