The operation provides clean restrooms with fully equipped hand-washing stations, encourages regular hand-washing, sneezing into elbows, staying home when ill, and has added social-distancing rules and a prohibition on touching other workers; rows of asparagus are spaced about five feet so harvesters can generally maintain six-foot distancing.
