"A one-Michelin-star restaurant in St. Helena where the chef de cuisine brings a pedigree that includes graduating from the Culinary Institute of America and stints at high-profile kitchens such as NoMad and Eleven Madison Park. The chef, a Massapequa, New York native, also has notable competitive credentials: he placed first at the Ment’Or Young Chef Competition, joined Team USA at the 2017 Bocuse d’Or (where the team won a gold medal), and served on that Bocuse d’Or team alongside chef Philip Tessier, whom he later joined at this restaurant as chef de cuisine." - Dianne de Guzman
