Insomnia Cookies Opens by UT Austin This November | Eater Austin

"I noticed a new Insomnia Cookies opened at 2323 San Antonio Street by campus on November 8. It operates both a bakery and a delivery service that will bring still-warm cookies to your door until 3 a.m.; retail hours are 11 a.m.–3 a.m. on weekends and 9 a.m.–3 a.m. on weekdays, with delivery from noon–3 a.m. on weekends and 10 a.m.–3 a.m. on weekdays. The menu matches other locations, offering 12 flavors — including chocolate chunk, s’mores, and peanut butter chip — and options to make ice cream sandwiches, brownies, and cakes, and it also serves milk. Insomnia was started in a college dorm at the University of Pennsylvania and has expanded to over 100 stores nationwide, including one in San Marcos." - Erin Russell
