"Chefs Jennie Kelley and Brandon Moore are veterans of the Dallas food scene. The recently opened Fond specializes in lunch (seriously, get the Tower Club — it’s so good) and an aperitivo menu that’s served from 3 to 7 p.m. with Detroit-style pizza, salads, and shared appetizer plates like burrata with peaches and prosciutto, almonds and olives, and the house-made sourdough. It also has a wine list that is exclusively natural wines." - Courtney E. Smith
