Bun B’s Trill Town Is Now Open at the Houston Rodeo | Eater Houston

"A 9,000-square-foot, black-and-yellow–themed takeover at the Houston Rodeo that expands a cult-favorite smash-burger operation into a full “town” experience. Launched March 4 and timed around the rodeo’s Black Heritage Day festivities and a birthday concert showcase, the space includes dedicated stands for merchandise, rodeo-exclusive dishes and drinks, a DJ booth, picnic seating, basketball hoops, and a dedicated lemonade truck. The expansion (up from a 600-square-foot footprint) was requested by the founder to improve flow and accessibility and to present new items en masse, including a fried-chicken tender concept, new burger specials featuring brisket and loaded Cajun fries, and a lineup of Dirty Sodas.
