"Formerly a downtown Salvadorian restaurant run by Ken and Jeannette Katz, this business is launching its first mobile venture after operating a pop-up and other offshoots. A portion of the original menu is being carried over, including its popular pupusas and guava pastries, often paired with coffee and fresh-pressed juices.
