"A chic flagship coffee shop and café from a team of NYC chefs has opened a large third Houston outpost adjacent to the H-E-B in the Galleria. The new location occupies about 7,600 square feet—roughly seven times the size of the chain’s other Houston sites—and is the only restaurant in the city to showcase its own Giesen coffee roaster, which toasts beans in full view of diners. Beyond coffee and teas, the kitchen—developed by former Alice Blue chef Kent Domas and culinary director Matt Johnson—offers sandwiches, pastas, pizzas and standout dishes such as Gulf shrimp and grits, a crawfish riff on a lobster roll, and confit duck wings. Beverage options include local brews, wine and coffee‑spiked cocktails. This flagship follows earlier openings in Bellaire (October 2018) and the Heights (January 2019), and is open Monday–Thursday 7:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m., and Sunday 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m." - Amy McCarthy
