Halloween Specials and Parties From D.C. Bars and Restaurants - Eater DC

"North Bethesda’s sprawling new dog park, bar, and cafe kicks off Halloween weekend with a screening of Scream on Thursday, October 28. There’s a dogs-and-drag show with MoCo Pride on Friday, October 29. The following Saturday, Bark Social will host DJs and a costume contest for the chance to win free drinks.
