"I'm seeing Puesto expand its footprint at the Headquarters at Seaport District: the family-owned Mexican restaurant, which opened its grand stunner there in 2013, is building a nearby offshoot with its own food and drink menu that should open by the end of 2023. Replacing the sports gear store across from its established 4,500-square-foot restaurant, the new, reservable 2,000-square-foot space will be open nightly and serve Puesto favorites. Beau du Bois — Puesto’s vice president of bar and spirits, who joined in late 2019 from Napa’s three-Michelin-starred Restaurant at Meadowood — will use the brand’s deep agave collection (more than 250 tequilas and 100 mezcals) to craft all-new cocktails.
