"Known for pairing local beer and cider with indoor mini-golf (putt-putt), this Bellingham outpost is set to open in early 2020 at 902 N. State St.; when it opens it will pour from 30 taps and serve food developed by Seattle restaurateur Ethan Stowell, who also oversees the South Lake Union menu. Founders Sam and Andy Largent emphasize sourcing locally for all beer, wine, and cider—only independent Washington breweries, no corporate beer—and the new location will be open to minors until 7 p.m. daily and will allow dogs. The popular putt-putt emporium expands on its existing locations in Kirkland, Pioneer Square, and South Lake Union and is continuing growth with planned openings in Spokane and Tacoma; the first Flatstick Pub opened in Kirkland in 2014." - Megan Hill
