"At 1562 N. Wells Street in Old Town new ownership says it intends to reopen the Foxtrot location and expects to share timing later this week. The chain, which started as a liquor-delivery app, expanded into a brick-and-mortar concept — an upscale bodega selling trendy snacks with an espresso bar and on-site beer and wine — before abruptly shutting three months ago along with 32 other locations across several cities. The reacquisition is tied to founder Mike LaVitola, now chairman of the revived entity, and involved a $2.2 million lone bid by Further Point Enterprises at a May auction.
